Scott has 20+ years of structural engineering expertise, including roles with two of the largest residential structural engineering firms in California. These firms provided structural engineering for large developers pursuing the development of plot sizes that included 50, 100 & 200+ homes per-planned community.

Launched in October 2005, Cibotti Engineering has been the Engineer of Record on over 700 projects large and small.  Everything from a re-bar box used to deliver rebar to the columns of the Skyway Bridge at Treasure Island, to elaborate small-project custom homes and kitchen remodels.
